The Whiskey Fund will once again be bringing our melting pot of R&B, Rock, Blues, Funk, and Americana to Wildwood in Iowa City on Saturday, April 4, from 7:00-10:00. The show is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, and we will also be celebrating our good friend RENEE ZUKIN'S 50TH BIRTHDAY!
If you have been to a Whiskey Fund show, you know that we play a little bit of this and a little bit of that. You just never know what tunes we will play, but you can expect to hear all sorts of killer covers from artists such as Stevie Wonder, Willie Nelson, Bob Marley, The Band, Bill Withers, Bob Dylan, Steely Dan, John Prine, Sly & The Family Stone, Elton John, Robert Cray, Tom Waits, The Beatles, Wilson Pickett, Tom Petty, and many others. We might even throw in some originals for good measure.
